About my running journey I started to run over 10 years ago and in my beginning I was running 10 km in close to 1 hour and now my PB is of 39:09. I have learned and coached myself all the way during my running journey. I have run over 50 Parkruns with a PB of 19:15 and 18:55 in a road race. I have run over 15 Half Marathons, running my first one in 1:42:42 and a PB of 1:28:01 and I have recently run my first Marathon in 04:04:38. 

 

During all my running journey I have learned a lot of my own mistakes and bad days like starting to strong, as the running journey is not always to constantly grow and you have to learn from your own experiences. For this reason I believe you can benefit from my expertise.

Do you want a motivational element for your staff to go onsite? Why don't you create a running group in your office, it is a great way to have a healthy staff and to help employers to have a better relationship between co-workers, staff that run together stay together.

How often should I train?

The frequency of training depends on your goals and current fitness level. I will work with you to create a training schedule that fits into your lifestyle and allows for proper recovery.

Do I need any special equipment?

While a good pair of running shoes is essential, you don't need any other special equipment to get started. Only try to get a gait analysis to get an adequate running shoe to try to stay injury-free

Can beginners join your programs?

Absolutely! I welcome runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. I will adapt the training programs to suit your current fitness level and help you progress at a pace that is comfortable for you whether you want to run to have a healthy lifestyle and for the social element or if you are aiming for a PB or you need guidance for running a new distance

Do you want to take part on a Parkrun or race and you want personalized pacer on race day?

Yes, I can offer that service, just contact me, and depending on the distance, level, and location we can arrange it.

Does your school needs a qualified running coach for you PE sessions or do you want to do athletics in your extra school activities? If that is the case, do not hesitate to contact me as I will be very happy to be part of the project.

 

-Coming back to run after a pregnancy or injury: 

Running after a pregnancy or an injury it could mean to start building up slowly mileage (total weekly distance) and pace, if you need some guidance to bring back your form to where you were or even more or if you are starting running after a pregnancy or injury please feel free to reach me.

A bit about my Running Coach style:

Through all my running journey and all I have read I learned that running it is not just about running as there are 4 keys elements in running: Easy runs (take them as easy effort), Speed sessions (Fartlek's, hills or spriting series) Strenght exercises and Recovery. 

Not every runner is the same and standard running program of Internet most of the time they don't work as it might not fit to your life as not professional runners we all have jobs, families and responsibilities. So why not to try out to train with some guidance? 

I believe in the constant feedback and exchange of information to update the training program to your needs and goals.

Weekly personalized programs for a monthly fee of 35 €
