My name is Joaquim Anducas Cebrian and I have been working in recruitment for over 3 years, I have worked in recruitment in Barcelona and in Ireland, so I know both markets and I have a Bachelor’s Degree and Postgraduate in HR and Recruitment , I created that space to give my knowledge and expertise in my area to those people looking for a job, looking for some guidance to change careers or those people that they have an interview for their ideal job but they need some help in the interview preparation.

-Looking for a job:

We are in a very competitive market right now as there are a lot of people looking for moving jobs for different conditions: looking for a more remote job, changing careers, higher salary. I could provide you with some guidance about which jobs portals to use, review your CV and Cover letter.

 

-Do you want to change careers?

Changing careers can be scary as we leave the comfort zone, but upskilling or changing careers is completely normal nowadays, so don’t fear changing careers or trying to do it. I have changed careers myself so I can give you advice on how to do it.

 

-Interview preparation:

Do you have that interview line up for your ideal job, but you don’t feel very confident doing interviews? As interviews can be intimating but is my favorite part of recruitment I can help you in the interview preparation, sending over beforehand typical recruitment questions and we can do a mock interview and I can provide some guidance and make you feel more confident for your next interview.

 

Location:

 

I am based in Dundrum, Dublin but we can have a meeting through Zoom or if you want the human touch of face to face, we can meet as well.

 

Pricing:

 

The price for every session of a duration of 1 hour is of 30 € and the pricing for reviewing your CV, Cover letter and LinkedIn is of 40 €.
